I think Cues has one of the best sewer/stormwater inspection systems in the industry. As a CCTV Operator, I've inspected pipe sizes, 2" to 120" dia., and I have confidence in their equipment, and their support staff. Julie James, and the west coast staff, have given me years of outstanding service. My suggestion for engineers at Cues is: 1. Set up a forum on your webpage to exchange ideas about your products with the field operators.....believe us, WE KNOW!. Develop a transporter/float, like a Marsh Buggie, light enough to use a float, then if it runs into debris and stops, [this occurs often in large trunk lines], the operator can track over debris until the flow starts moving the boat again....just keep it simple.
