The OZII optical zoom pan-and-tilt camera system offers unparalleled imaging technology and built-in directional lighting for 6” to 72” pipe to produce the clearest picture and detail for your condition assessment. The OZII camera provides up to 40:1 optical/digital zoom, automatic focus, remote focus and iris control to assure the highest quality picture within varying pipe conditions. A remotely activated light enhancement feature is included to produce clearly illuminated pictures within challenging conditions such as larger diameter black pipe. Auxiliary lighting is available to inspect 84” through 200” diameter pipe. When an obstruction blocks movement in a pipe or for quick-look inspections, details can be observed from far-away distances with perfect clarity. The Nite Lite is a unique pan-and-tilt inspection camera that incorporates the latest video technology to provide up-close imaging of pipe walls and surfaces during sewer line inspections of 6” relined pipe through 200” diameter pipe. The Nite Lite can be easily upgraded to include 10x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom! The Nite Lite camera is designed to pan 285 degrees and rotate 360 degrees and features built in directional lighting to illuminate 6" through 72" pipe! Light enhancement and remote control for iris and focus assure the highest picture quality in unusual or special conditions.
• 10X:1 optical zoom and 4X digital zoom; total 40:1 zoom capability
• Spherical interface less than 4.5 inches
• Provides maximum clearance to inspect 6" relined or offset pipe with enhanced detail
• NTSC at 470H x 400V lines of resolution;
PAL at 460H x 400Vlines of resolution for the sharpest pictures with maximum detail
• Four field replaceable lights (available with white LEDs or halogen lamps) angled for optimum spread of light
• Built in camera diagnostics; troubleshooting and maintenance aid reduces downtime and costs
• 360 x 285 degree pan and rotate viewing capability for detailed lateral inspection up to 250 feet without having to traverse the lateral
• Pan, rotate, zoom, and focus homing to quickly and easily reorient to the current location
• 400 degree rotation optical viewing angle; 331 degree pan viewing angle range to view minute defects and voids around the entire diameter of the pipe wall
• Compatible with up to 4000’ multi-conductor cable and up to 2000’ single-conductor cable
• Compatible with existing CUES TV inspection systems with minimal modification
• Optional sonde is available to help accurately locate the camera in metallic and non-metallic pipes and can operate with any constant tone, 512Hz locator/receiver.
• An optional built-in inclinometer is available to read and transmit pipe grade variations.
